KickButts, LLC will:
1. Train up to two individuals in using cold laser to help individuals stop smoking and or loose weight ($250 per additional individual)
2. Treat one patient (local only) for stop smoking or loose weight ($400 per additional patient).
3. Train you to set up and use the laser and will provide you with various treatment protocols.
4. KickButts LLC will set up a mutually acceptable appointment time to train you using Skype via a web cam.
KickButts, LLC is a training company, they will not provide marketing materials or IRB information.
Clients must have Skype (download from www.skype.com) and a web cam operational 24 hours prior to the appointment time.
Client agrees to $100 cancellation fee if the appointment with KickButts, LLC is canceled with less than 24 hours notice.
